Youth Ensemble
ELEVATE your training with The LAUNCH Chicago
The YOUTH Ensemble is an audition based program designed to supplement and enhance a dancer's training, without interfering with their home dance studio commitments. All dancers must train at an outside studio weekly.

Dancers must be 10 years old by September 1st in order to participate. Rehearsals will take place on a few Sundays throughout the Fall in preparation for The LAUNCH Chicago's Fall concert. Dancers participating in The YOUTH Ensemble will perform in each Fall and Spring concert for The LAUNCH Chicago, as well as other pop up performances throughout the season.

Audition Submission Requirements
Option 1
- Attend our annual summer intensive, The INTENSIVE 2026.

Option 2
- Two minute contemporary dance reel
- 1 video demonstrating pirouettes, battements, and leaps of choice
​
*ALL dancers must submit the audition form below, regardless of audition method*
​
Continuing for the 2026/2027 Season:
- The opportunity to be selected for The LAUNCH Chicago's Pre-Professional Division within The LAUNCH Youth Ensemble (must be 12 years or older)
- Photoshoot included in tuition cost
- Additional optional weekend training opportunities
